[Announcement] New General Manager in the NCCJ (日本語訳あり)
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued understanding and support of NCCJ’s activities. NCCJ is pleased to announce the appointment of a new General Manager. In addition, Chairperson Jostein Roertveit would like to share an update on the NCCJ secretariat structure.
平素よりNCCJの活動に多大なるご理解とご協力を賜り、心より御礼申し上げます。NCCJの新体制につきまして、代表理事のJostein Roertveitより皆さまへ下記の通りご報告申し上げます。新専務理事の就任および今後の事務局体制について、下記のとおりご案内いたします。

I am happy to announce that we appointed our new General Manager for NCCJ, Mr. Brage Hansen (35 years old).
このたび、NCCJの新しい専務理事として、Brage Hansen（35歳）を任命いたしましたことを、ご報告申し上げます。
His first day at NCCJ will be March 23rd, online in the beginning, and he will move to Tokyo by late April.
Hansen has a strong background from several positions at NTNU University (Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim), during which time he also had responsibility for organizing events, and participated in a delegation tour to Japan. He holds a certificate of Japanese JLPT level N1.
He has lived in Japan since December 2023, working as a store manager for some of the Musashi shops. This background is very interesting for the growing number of lifestyle brands from Norway going into the Japanese market, as well as serving the wide spectrum of corporate members across NCCJ members from different business sectors.
I am equally happy to announce that Ueno Aoba continues as our Communications and Project Manager. She has been with NCCJ for a couple of years and is crucial to keep us going. And together with our new GM, board members and stakeholders, she will help us excel in our mission and purpose.

HansenのNCCJでの初出勤日は3月23日で、オンライン勤務となり、4月下旬までに東京へ移住する予定です。Hansenは、NTNU University（トロンハイムのノルウェー科学技術大学）において複数の職務を歴任し、その間、イベント運営も担当するとともに、日本への視察団にも参加しました。さらに、日本語能力試験JLPT N1の資格を有しています。また、2023年12月より日本に居住し、Musashiの複数店舗にて店長として勤務してきました。このような経歴は、日本市場への進出を目指すノルウェーのライフスタイルブランドの増加にとって非常に意義深いものであり、また、さまざまな業種にまたがるNCCJ会員企業の幅広いニーズに応えるうえでも大変有益であると考えております。
また、上野青葉が引き続きCommunications and Project Managerを務めることも、謹んでお知らせいたします。彼女はこの数年間NCCJに在籍し、組織運営を支える上で欠かせない存在となっています。新しいGM、理事会メンバー、そして関係者の皆さまとともに、今後もNCCJの使命と目的の実現に貢献して参ります。
