Annual Events

Our annual gather is a perfect occasion to invite your hard-working colleagues, employees, valued business connections, dear partners, and friends. The Norwegian way to enjoy shrimps is with bread, lemon and mayonnaise – lots of shrimps. Come and enjoy this tradition with us!

Tie-In Tie-Off is a monthly benkyokai, usually held on the last Thursday or Wednesday of every month. The event normally includes a short presentation, sometimes in Japanese, followed by Q&A and discussion (everything lasting around 1 hour). This event is for NCCJ Members only.

CLIC is a loose organization of 12 smaller European Chambers of Commerce in Japan created for the purpose of organizing innovative networking events to enable trading of ideas between the members of the participating chambers. You can read more about CLIC here.

As the only large scale Gala event in Japan celebrating Nordic culture, the Nordic Christmas Gala is an excellent opportunity to celebrate the end of the year with family, colleagues, friends and business partners. The Nordic Christmas Gala is organised jointly by DCCJ, FCCJ, ISCCJ and SCCJ. All NCCJ Members are invited.

This is the year’s must-attend event for networking with business people from over 9 European Chambers of commerce. An evening of networking with fine food and free-flow wine awaits you. This traditional gathering of European Chambers is the perfect opportunity to celebrate and remind ourselves that we are stronger together!

AGM is NCCJ’s Annual General meeting. From the Aurora Hall at the Norwegian embassy in Tokyo, the Chairperson and General Manager will, among other things, present the Chamber’s activities from the year passed, the focus areas for the following year, and new additions to the board of directors.
