Norway Maritime Solution Prime Seminar
Imabari, May 22, 2025 — Seven members of the Norway Maritime Business Network in Japan gathered in Imabari to present cutting-edge maritime innovations at the Norway Maritime Solution Prime Seminar. The event was hosted by the Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo and organized by the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (NCCJ).
Participating companies included: SAYFR, Gard AS, NAVTOR, Dualog, Hiro Scantek, Pelagus 3D, and DNV each showcasing innovative solutions and insights shaping the future of maritime operations.
This seminar builds on the momentum from last September’s successful Norway Maritime Seminar—also held in Imabari and attended by the Ambassador of Norway to Japan—and serves as a bridge to the upcoming Nor-Shipping event in Oslo, where many Imabari-based organizations will participate. It also sets the stage for the Norway Maritime Week scheduled for November in both Tokyo and Imabari.
At the heart of this event was NCCJ’s mission: to provide a platform where members can connect, explore opportunities, and grow together. The collaboration in Imabari was a strong demonstration of this commitment. Attendees witnessed excellent teamwork, effective time management, and a shared passion for advancing Norwegian maritime excellence in Japan.
This seminar not only reinforced existing ties but also highlighted the importance of sustained collaboration among Norwegian businesses operating in Japan’s dynamic maritime sector.

Norwegian Maritime Solutionsが今治に登場今治、2025年5月22日 — ノルウェー海事ビジネスネットワーク・イン・ジャパンの7社が今治に集結し、「ノルウェー・マリタイム・ソリューション・プライムセミナー」にて最先端の海事イノベーションを紹介しました。本イベントは駐日ノルウェー大使館が主催し、在日ノルウェー商工会議所（NCCJ）が運営しました。
参加企業は、SAYFR、Gard AS、NAVTOR、Dualog、Hiro Scantek、Pelagus 3D、そしてDNV。各社が、海事オペレーションの未来を形作る革新的なソリューションや知見を披露しました。
本セミナーは、昨年9月に今治で開催され、駐日ノルウェー大使も出席した「ノルウェー・マリタイム・セミナー」の成功を受けて実施されたものであり、今後オスロで開催される海事展示会「Nor-Shipping」に向けた架け橋となるイベントです。今治からも多くの企業が同展示会へ参加を予定しており、今年11月に東京と今治で開催される「ノルウェー・マリタイム・ウィーク」へとつながる流れも作っています。
イベントの中心には、NCCJのミッションである「メンバー間のつながりを促進し、機会を探求し、共に成長できるプラットフォームの提供」があります。今治での今回の連携は、このコミットメントを力強く体現するものでした。参加者は、素晴らしいチームワーク、効率的なタイムマネジメント、そして日本におけるノルウェー海事を推進するという共通の情熱があることを、再認識いたしました。
本セミナーは既存の関係を強化しただけでなく、日本のダイナミックな海事産業で活動するノルウェー企業同士の持続的な連携の重要性を改めて浮き彫りにしました。
