Scaling the Best of the Nordics – Nordic Innovation House opens in Tokyo!

Nordic Innovation House announced today their opening in Tokyo and their new Community Director, Mr. Niklas Karvonen. Nordic Innovation House is a collaboration between the trade promotion organizations from the 5 Nordic countries, which includes Innovation Norway, a valued member and partner of NCCJ and Team Norway.

This joint projects aims to assist startups in major cities around the globe, and they have already established a presence in Silicon Valley, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. Nordic cooperation will open up completely different areas of opportunity for Norwegian start-up and growth companies in the world's third largest economy.

Per Arve Frøyen, Country Director at Innovation Norway Japan and Chair for Nordic Innovation House remarks: «We are seeing a considerable interest in Nordic companies from the established Japanese business community. Nordic Innovation House will provide us with the platform we need to take our presence here to the next level.»

The NCCJ is looking forward to see what Nordic entrepreneurship and innovation will be entering the Japanese market through this very exciting initiative.
