About the event
Annual General Meeting 2025
We are pleased to invite our members to the NCCJ Annual General Meeting 2026 — and are delighted to announce that we are finally returning to the Norwegian Embassy after several years of construction.
The AGM will be held in the presence of Norwegian Ambassador to Japan, Kristin Iglum, together with NCCJ members and representatives from some of Norway’s most recognized companies.
During the meeting, we will review NCCJ’s activities over the past year, present our priorities for the year ahead, and conduct the election of new Board members as several current representatives conclude their terms. The AGM is one of NCCJ’s most important annual gatherings and a key forum for member engagement and governance.
The evening will conclude with a light buffet, refreshments, and networking.

NCCJ年次総会2026にぜひご参加ください。本総会では、過去1年間の活動を振り返り、今後の優先課題を共有するとともに、任期満了を迎える理事の選挙を行います。
年次総会は、会員の皆様が交流し、商工会議所の方向性について意見を交わす重要な機会となっています。
総会終了後は、軽食ビュッフェやドリンクをご用意し、ネットワーキングの時間もお楽しみいただけます。
