Display Package

  • Logo on main panel at the Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023

  • Logo on promotional material of the Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023 on Facebook and Linkedin

  • Logo near the stage

  • Display of company rollup can be arranged

  • We request you to prepare and share a high-resolution logo.

    There will be a dedicated space for company roll-ups.

Table Stand Package

  • Table in the salon at the venue

  • Showcase your products/services to guests

  • Guests will directed through the salon before entering the venue

  • Brochures/catalogues can be distributed

  • Location for the Table Stand (marked in green).

    The salon I will be the main entry point at the Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023. There will be access to the salon I throughout the entire event.

  • Sponsors must bear the responsibility for bringing own decorations, equipment, brochures, staff and roll-up in front of the table.

    A table will be provided at the venue.

Goodie Bag Package

  • Goodie bags will be distributed to guests to take home as a memory of the Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023

  • Sponsors can provide samples or merchandise to be included in the Goodie Bag

  • Sponsors can provide brochures with information on products/services

  • Sponsors are able to distribute coupons for the guests

  • Amount of Goodie Bags: 170

  • Items, coupons and flyers in the Goodie Bags must be small enough to fit into a small bag the guests can bring with them home.

Tombola Package

  • Sponsors will become part of the tombola at the seafood dinner and offers a unique opportunity to showcase and give products/services to the guests. The Tombola will be one of the main events of the evening

  • Sponsors will be mentioned and shown on the screen during the Tombola

  • Items in the Tombola will be described before the drawing of the winner

  • Sponsors can provide products, coupons or gift cards for guests to win

  • Items can be of all sizes. If your product reach a certain size, items must be shipped to the winning guest(s) after the event.

    If you have more than one of the same type of item, one Tombola sponsorship should be chosen. Should you have e.g. two different types of items for the Tombola, please purchase two Tombola sponsorships.

NB: All sponsorship packages may be subject to changes. Have you already signed up as a sponsor, you will be notified of any changes directly.

  • The sponsorship packages is counted separately from the tickets. Thus, you will have to sign up and pay for the tickets for the Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023 separately.
