Representatives of Team Norway and representatives of the Norway-Japan business community in Japan

On October 21st, Norwegian Ambassador to Japan, Ms. Inga Nyhamar hosted a formal dinner with His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon of Norway at the Norwegian Embassy in Tokyo. The Crown Prince visited Japan to participate in Emperor Naruhito's official enthronement ceremony taking place on October 22nd. Alongside with MFA and the rest of Team Norway, selected representatives of the Norwegian business community in Japan were present at the dinner, offering some insights and updates about the latest news and trends in the Norway-Japan environment. The program of the evening was led by the Ambassador, who offered a round of introduction for the participants. NCCJ President Svend Haakon Kristensen initiated the round by providing his takes on the opportunities in the Japanese market for Norwegian businesses in the upcoming years, including initiatives by Laerdal Medical and Japanese partners to train volunteers for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. Eleven NCCJ Corporate Member representatives were present at the table, and we at NCCJ are greatly honored by the chance to take part in this reception.
