About the Concept

• NCCJ Members Only

About the Event

How your colleagues interact with each other determines both the effectiveness of, and risk relating to, your business. This interaction deserves the same importance as strategy, processes and competence. There are specific leadership behaviors that are aimed at successfully managing failures and improve collaboration within the organization, and if everyone can learn and adopt these behaviors, it will create a positive impact on the sustainability of your business.

In the second Tie-in, Tie Off of 2021, Yuzuru Goto will cover the following topics based on his expertise and experience of leading an organizational culture transformation journey:

  • Why organizational culture is so important today

  • How do you effectively transform culture of an organization

  • What are the practical tools that we can utilize (incl. demonstration of Sayfr's latest digital tools)

We are excited to welcome all our NCCJ members to participate in this valuable information sharing session.

About Sayfr

Sayfr is a purpose-driven and value-oriented company primarily serving the maritime and offshore industry. Our intention is to facilitate a paradigm shift within safety, as the current industry regime does not prevent reoccurrence of disasters at sea.

Our vision: Prevent human-made disasters across the globe.
Our mission: Turn failures to the benefit of everyone.
Our values: Independence. Integrity. Creativity.

We believe that collaboration is the most important net contributor to ensure safe operations and to avoid major accidents and/or environmental disasters. In a mature company culture, everybody collaborates in managing failures by understanding the importance of failures, speaking up, being open to others’ concerns and acting upon them.
