Who can use it
Corporate members of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce are eligible to rent the Aurora Hall for promoting Norwegian products and services for use in compliance with terms & condition for use.
The Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Japan provides as a service to our corporate members access to, and assistance in the form of event concept advisory, logistical intermediate, and manpower allocation in connection with planned events in the Aurora Hall.
Our corporate members also enjoys access to the venue at discounted prices.

Corporate members may book the venue through the NCCJ secretariat. All booking requests are pending until finalized by confirmation.
All prices are for whole-day usage:
Hall only JPY 40,000
Hall + Pantry JPY 70,000
*Events taking place outside of office hours: +JPY 10,000
Please note that the fees are paid to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in full, and the NCCJ receives no income for the use of the venue. In the case where an event is taking place outside of office hours an additional JPY 10,000 late night usage fee will be applied, which shall be paid separately from the basic fee, directly to NCCJ for the facilitation. Note that requests to hold events outside of office hours only will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the event. In certain cases you might be asked to keep the event within the time frame of the Embassy.
